How the Refuge and sessions work

The entire team at the Refuge is happy to welcome you for a time of rest and spiritual renewal.
"Le Refuge" is a friendly, evangelical Christian holiday center located in the area known as FERTRUPT, in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines.
Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines is a pleasant small tourist town of 5,800 inhabitants, in Alsace at the foot of the Vosges mountains.
While nestled in the heart of a beautiful green valley, " Le Refuge " remains close to the services offered by the town: supermarkets, newsagent, post office, pharmacy, etc.
Accommodation:
The REFUGE operates on the principle of " full board " .
Meal times 08:15 – 12:00 – 19:00 .
Traditional, carefully prepared home-style cooking. (Please inform us of any allergies or medical dietary restrictions before your stay, if applicable.)
Accommodation is provided in two adjacent buildings: "Le Refuge" and "l'Annexe".
All rooms have one or more beds, a table, and a sink. Bedding (pillows and blankets) is provided. Showers and toilets are shared and located on each floor.
Some rooms have private bathrooms (at an additional cost).
Free wifi connection in the premises of the "Refuge" and the Annex.
Welcome :
It is offered in the morning, until 12:00 if you eat lunch. In the evening, from 17:00 until 18:30 .
We welcome all ages. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
Daily rates, full board (during one session)
The prices shown are reserved for members of the association.
An annual fee of €10 per family is required for membership.
Single room: €52.00
Double Room: €75.00
Tourist tax supplement payable upon departure: calculated on site
Annual family membership fee payable at the time of booking or on site: €10.00
Children (up to 7 years old) accompanied by their parents: Free
Children and teenagers (aged 8 to 18) accompanied by their parents: €20
Students: €25
Payment and Deposit
A pre-booking will only be effective after payment of a deposit of €75 to be made by bank transfer or check at least 20 days before the date of your stay.

Tourist tax:
Please note that in addition to the price shown for your choice of room or booking of the cottage, a tourist tax must be paid directly on site to the establishment.
It amounts to approximately €1.10 per night per room for one or two adults. Discounts are available for children. More information is available at https://valdargent.taxesejour.fr/
Spiritual activity:
Two meetings per day at 10:45 am and 8:30 pm , with no obligation to attend.
They are led by pastors invited for the different sessions.

LINEN :
Everyone is asked to bring their own toiletries.
We also ask that you bring your own sheets and pillowcases. However, it is possible to rent a set of sheets for €8. This option must be specified when making your reservation and paid for at the same time as your stay.
TRANSPORTATION :
By train , you can arrive at Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines station .
You can also take a bus from Sélestat or Saint-Dié-des-Vosges towards Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines. Get off at the "Services techniques" stop.
By plane , arrival is at Strasbourg-Entzheim airport.
In certain situations, pick-up at the train station or airport is possible:
Round trip from Sélestat or Saint-Dié-des-Vosges: €16 (2 x €8)
Round trip Strasbourg-Entzheim airport: €22 (2 x €11)
Pets are not allowed.
